About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable labourer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting various home renovation projects, making a real difference to the quality of the work we deliver. Whether you’re new to the industry or have prior experience, this is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and grow within a dynamic and supportive team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with tasks such as demolition, plastering, carpentry, and waste removal.

  • Load and unload tools and materials efficiently to keep projects running smoothly.

  • Prepare and tidy job sites, ensuring safety and order at all times.

  • Carry out basic construction tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.

  • Follow instructions carefully to complete tasks to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual, hands-on work.

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.

  • A valid driving licence and access to your own transport.

  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn, with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
